Terms and Conditions

Frames by Edward Wright is a WHOLESALE ONLY business that is not open to the public. You must provide a valid tax ID number for your business in order to purchase from us. If you do not have a tax ID number, you can purchase our frames from one of our retailers. Contact us to find a retailer near you.

Although we often get your completed order to you sooner, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Once your order is processed we will send you an email confirmation of your order. Another email will be sent once your order has shipped.

All sales must be paid in full in advance via the online invoice that will be sent to you.

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our handcrafted frames, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be issued. A refund or return will only be given in case of an error, for example if your frame is made to a different size or moulding from what was specified in your order. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for minor variations in the finish, which are a normal part of the framemaking process.

As well as every computer monitor being a little different, every Frames by Edward Wright frame is one of a kind, so expect slight variations from what is shown on your online screen. Frame Specifier You may purchase a specifier (3-6" piece of finished moulding) of your selected frame to get a better idea of the colors and quality. All specifiers are $20 including shipping & handling. The specifier can be ordered here. Once again, every frame is hand-crafted, so do not expect a "cookie-cutter," identical machine-made finish. We take pride in the fact that each frame is unique. Every frame will be signed and dated by the artisan who created it especially for you!

Tarnished frames involve a chemical process that makes the finish both beautiful and unpredictable. Expect variations in the finish of your frame.

All price quotes within the Online Store include shipping costs. All orders will be expertly crated by our staff and shipped via UPS or Old Dominion. At this time, we only offer shipping within the continental United States.

All orders will be handcrafted to the size specified on your online order, with a 1/8" standard tolerance. Check your online order form carefully for accuracy before submitting. If you have trouble determining a size, please go to one of our retailers or any certified picture framer to help you with your order. We cannot be held responsible for ill-fitting frames due to warped or out-of-square artwork.

Frames by Edward Wright is a frame-making establishment only. We do not offer services such as fitting, mounting, glazing, matting or restoration.
